GTA V è uscito nel lontano 2013, addirittura inizialmente per la scorsa generazione di console. É stato poi riproposto su PlayStation 4, PC e Xbox One con netti miglioramenti. Nonostante l’età però, il titolo prodotto da Rockstar Games sembra non sentire minimamente il peso degli anni: sul blog ufficiale PlayStation infatti, Sony ha comunicato che tra i giochi più venduti sullo store online non solo figura il quinto capitolo della serie, ma è addirittura in prima posizione. Sul podio si possono notare Fifa 20 e un altro capolavoro intramontabile ovvero Minecraft.
La compagnia ha pubblicato, oltre alla classifica dei titoli più acquistati sul PlayStation Store per PlayStation 4, anche quelli per PS VR, i contenuti aggiuntivi ed i Free to Play più scaricati, tra cui, a sorpresa, spicca Apex Legends, seguito da Fortnite.
